Acute and chronic: E. coli (80%) (GNR), other Enterobacteriaceae (GNR), Pseudomonas sp. (GNR), enterococci (GPC in chains), CMV, Staphylococcus sp. (GPC), chlamydiae, mycoplasma, ureaplasma.
HIV: M. tuberculosis , Candida sp., Coccidioides, Cryptococcus, Histoplasma.
