  • Aortic stenosis
  • Aortic insufficiency
  • Mitral regurgitation
  • Aortic dissection
  • Rupture of ventricular septum or free wall
Abnormal heart rate
  • Bradycardia
  • Tachycardia
Low systemic vascular resistance (SVR)
  • Sepsis
  • Adrenal insufficiency
  • Anaphylaxis
  • Drugs, eg, vasodilators
  • Neurogenic shock
