Etiology
- Peritoneal carcinomatosis: adenocarcinoma of ovary, uterus, pancreas, stomach, colon, lung, breast
- Hepatocellular carcinoma causing lymphatic obstruction or portal hypertension
- Diffuse hepatic metastases
