  • Ulcer secondary to underlying infection (eg, mycobacterial, fungal, tertiary syphilis, amebiasis)
  • Ulcer secondary to underlying neoplasm
  • Folliculitis
  • Arthropod bites (insect bites)
  • Sweet’s syndrome (acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis)
  • Vasculitis (eg, Wegener’s granulomatosis)
  • Warfarin necrosis
