- Ulcer secondary to underlying neoplasm
- Folliculitis
- Arthropod bites (insect bites)
- Sweet’s syndrome (acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis)
- Vasculitis (eg, Wegener’s granulomatosis)
- Warfarin necrosis
