Photodermatitis
Etiology
- Medications: phenothiazines, sulfones, chlorothiazides, griseofulvin, sulfonylureas, NSAIDs, antibiotics (eg, tetracycline)
- Systemic disease: systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), porphyria cutanea tarda, variegate porphyria
- Polymorphous light eruption (idiopathic)
