Cardiac: arrhythmia, mitral valve prolapse
Pulmonary: pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension
Endocrine: hypoglycemia, hypocalcemia, pheochromocytoma, carcinoid, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, hot flashes (menopausal)
Rheumatologic: CNS vasculitis
Drugs, eg, alcohol, cocaine, withdrawal
Infectious: Lyme disease, neurosyphilis
